All orders are taken subject to goods being unsold and to crop failure.
Every effort is made to supply all plants true to name and in a healthy state. In the event of any defect our liability will be limited to the invoice value of the affected plants.
Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to increase the prices of plants and delivery costs should circumstances make this necessary.
VAT is included in the website price.
Damage or shortage in transit must be reported to us by email or in writing within 3 days of delivery with photos and the damaged goods retained for our inspection.
We regret that our nursery is not open for visiting customers.

When you place an order with us we will collect information from you – name, address, phone number, email address - to enable us to process your order, deal with any queries and contact you about the delivery.
Payment through our website is made through a partner company and we do not have access to your payment card details.

In processing your order, we will share your name, address, email and/or phone number with Parcelforce, DPD Local and other couriers to arrange delivery of that order.
We may also retain your details for administrative purposes as required by law.
We will retain information regarding orders for the period of time legally required for the routine running of our business.
We will not send you any direct marketing information unless you have signed up for our newsletter. If you do sign up for our newsletter, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the email.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel the order up to and within 7 days of reciept of goods, by notifying us by email or in writing. If the goods have been delivered you must return them to us immediately in their original condition. You are responsible for the costs of returning these items and responsible for them until their safe return. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning the goods. If the customer cancels an order they shall be responsible for all bank charges and costs in processing the order and the refund.
