Delivery Information

All Items sent via Evri will be sent on the Monday of your order week, If goods sent via first class post have not arrived by the fourth working day after dispatch, please get in touch with us.
Order are not split in to different weeks. all oreder will be sent on the one month you have ordered
You will receive a pack of 5 quality plugs or a mini plug tray of 40 bedding plugs . All orders are carefully packed and shipped in our special packaging called blister packs. plant your plugs into a 9cm pot and watch it grow plant outside once frosts have passed.

The charge for delivery within the UK mainland is £5.95order up to £65 then free. if you would like a delivery outside mainland UK please contact us for information.

Unpack your plants carefully as soon as they are delivered let us know of any damage or loss within 24 hours thankyou . with photos.

When ordering please choose your week you require your plugs and we will do our upmost best to get it to you that week, just write it with the email of your delivery address.

Other companies are under the same pressures as we are, staff shortages and changes in procedures, meaning that orders will not always arrive to you as quickly as they might normally. Please be assured that our plants are packaged to withstand at least a week in the postal system in this case.
