An excellent vigorous, upright growing variety with pale blue flowers and aromatic leaves . May be clipped as a hedge.
Culinary uses:
Fresh and dried leaves are used to flavour soups, stews and meat especially lamb. Sprigs of fresh rosemary may be steeped in olive oil , wine or vinegar and then used to flavour sauces and dressings . Fruit and wine cups may be garnished or flavoured with sprigs .
